Important Notes

  • Vacuuming is not part of our standard pool closing; we recommend having the pool very clean prior to service. Vacuuming during closing can be added if inquired in advance.
  • We recommend checking your pool regularly during the winter (water bags, safety cover hooks/cables).
  • Keep an eye on water level to prevent the cover or pool from overflowing.
  • It is very important that the pool keeps its water during the winter. Adjust water level if there are significant drops.
  • Please have water and power available for our crew.
  • Fiberglass and vinyl pool owners: ensure your sump well is drained prior to us draining your pool to prevent damage.
