Welcome to Deepend Pools! We appreciate your business and are committed to delivering reliable, professional pool and landscaping services. By booking or receiving services from Deepend Pools ("we", "us", "our"), the client ("you", "your") agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Commitment

We are committed to providing exceptional pool construction, maintenance, repair, and landscaping services throughout the GTA, Halton, and Woodbridge areas.

We value honesty, transparency, and building lasting relationships with our clients.

2. Service Area

Deepend Pools proudly serves the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Halton, and Woodbridge areas, including but not limited to:

  • Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Woodbridge, and surrounding municipalities.

3. Services Offered

Deepend Pools provides comprehensive pool and landscaping services. Our expertise includes but is not limited to:

  • Pool construction and renovation
  • Seasonal pool opening and closing
  • Weekly and bi-weekly pool maintenance
  • Pool liner replacement and repairs
  • Safety cover installation
  • Equipment repair and installation
  • Hardscaping and patio installation
  • Retaining wall construction
  • Natural stone and interlock installation
  • Concrete work
  • Sod installation
  • Property maintenance services

4. Booking and Appointments

  • Service Requests: Call or email to book your service or request a free estimate.
  • Arrival Window: We provide arrival time estimates and always communicate any delays.
  • Site Access: Clients must ensure the pool or property is accessible for our team to work safely and efficiently.

5. Estimates and Quotes

  • Free Estimates: Provided based on client information. These are non-binding and subject to change upon on-site inspection.
  • On-Site Assessment: For accurate pricing, we may need to visit your property to assess the pool or project scope.
  • Change in Scope: If additional work is needed beyond the original estimate, a revised quote will be provided for approval before proceeding.

6. Payment Terms

  • Methods Accepted: Credit card, debit card, e-transfer, cash, and approved company cheques.
  • Due on Completion: Payment is required immediately after service unless written terms are agreed.
  • Late Fees: Outstanding invoices past 10 business days incur a 2% interest fee, compounded monthly.
  • Ownership: All materials and equipment remain the property of Deepend Pools until fully paid.

7. Warranty and Liability

Labour Warranty: 90-day warranty on labour, applicable only to the originally performed work.

Parts Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply. Used parts have no warranty unless specified.

Warranty Voided If:

  • Equipment is modified, tampered with, or used improperly after service
  • Issue is unrelated or caused by other failing components
  • Neglect or damage unrelated to repair occurs

We are not liable for:

  • Downtime
  • Lost income or revenue
  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Delays due to unavailable parts or weather conditions

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide full and accurate pool or property information
  • Ensure the service site is safe and accessible
  • Do not use the pool or tamper with equipment during service without authorization
  • Inform us of any known hazards, property restrictions, or access requirements

9. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancel Free: Up to 12 hours before appointment.
  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: Subject to a $99 service call fee
  • Weather Delays: May lead to rescheduling with no penalty.

10. Seasonal Services

Pool opening and closing services are scheduled seasonally. We recommend booking these services in advance to ensure availability during peak seasons. All rates will be disclosed before service begins.

11. Materials and Equipment

  • We use high-quality materials and equipment from trusted suppliers.
  • Special-order materials must be paid in advance and are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Customer-supplied materials: No warranty on materials or labour when you provide your own.

12. Environmental Responsibility

We dispose of all waste materials responsibly and in compliance with Ontario Ministry of Environment standards. We use environmentally safe pool chemicals and follow best practices for pool maintenance.

13. Licensing and Insurance

Deepend Pools is fully licensed and insured for pool construction, maintenance, and landscaping services. Documentation is available on request.

14. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve issues with fairness and transparency.

If a disagreement arises:

  1. We'll try to resolve it directly.
  2. If that fails, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario under the Arbitration Act, 1991.

15. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
