Important Notes

Ensure all items that were left on site during closing are available for our crew.
Opening does not include any repairs for the pool or its equipment.
We do not install diving boards or drop-in stair units.
Salt cell cleaning and filter cleanings are add-on services.
Water level during the winter months is the customer's responsibility, unless advised.
A pool cannot be opened with excess water in the sump well.
Salt cells may show an error code until water reaches approximately 75°F.
If the winter cover has a hole or tear, debris may enter the pool. Safety covers are recommended.
We require 24-hour notice for inquiries, rescheduling, or cancellations.
